Does it fit the eligibility criteria? It is a one-person list, albeit by one of the more influential music experts of The Netherlands. It isn't from a book, but from a periodical opinion magazine. I wonder how it was presented there at the time.

We’ve included lists like those plenty of times before. Henrik includes single-critic sources if the critic is really important.
