1) Make sure the list is in the original post, regardless of your personal preference
2) Which country is this from? It would appear to be from the USA, so include "USA" in the parentheses.

I was just looking at the site - you suppose these lists are eligible? They seem to mostly be written by the editor in chief, which I can’t tell whether or not makes them more or less eligible. The all-time songs list is credited to “the Music Grotto staff” and in spite of using words like “hits” or “chart-topping,” they never say that chart success impacted a song’s rank positively or negatively. So I dunno, but I’m all for more genre and decade lists.

I'm surprised it's on eligible section.

In general I don't like Music Grotto lists. I feel that it lacks rigor. The Spanish songs list is very basic.

Okay ineligible then, due to their famous and iconic criteria (rather than best quality).

I don’t think they are copy cats though. I mean, what other source or sales statistics has ”Scream and Shout” at #7 all time?

i dont think that from one selection of one list you can be drown into conclusion, this song has 1 billion views... its the general output at the end.... and the internet algorithms that made me find this source and as panam says that much of a marketing its a big No if the quality is mediocre...
