What a strange list. GQ India apparently thinks that late seventies and eighties Dylan (but not Oh Mercy) are peak Dylan? Especially outside of the top 10 it almost seems like they were going for some of the least liked Dylan tracks. Well, it is certainly different.

Only once (Not Dark Yet is credited to Oh Mercy, but comes from Time Out of Mind). Much derided albums like Saved and Empire Burlesque do better.
