The whole ranked list in excel file.
Great to see "Acabou Chorare" N°1, a very very overrated album on AM (not on RYM).

It's ineligible, no? I understand it was voted by the community of a Facebook page. Were all the members musicians and journalists?

It was the question i was asking myself too.
Elson Barbosa & Lucas Lippaus are administrators and seems to be Musicians, but others seems not.
