That's a new website created by 5 former Pitchfork writers, not sure how fast it will get the eligibility requirements

I don't see any problem for eligibility. Old music critics join together and make a collective list. It's not first time and there were some included in AM

I was thiking stuff like Alexa ranking and number of reviews per year but that might be more a topic for EOY.
