ISIS is an ideology. Not a geography, although they still own certain land areas that need to be taken away. But defeating the ideology is the most important thing.

Trump's collusion with Russia is a real thing. Trump and Putin are allies, so to speak.

The Baltic states need to be worried. At this point I must confess I'm Finnish and I'm safely home. A little worried about Putin, who I didn't worry about 96 hours ago. I pray that all Americans are safe.

I did say that like three years ago that I'm Finnish, but people prolly forgot.

PlasticRam, I think it might be time for you to get some sleep. If you're in Finland now then, going by the timestamps of your posts, you've been up all night posting here.

I think it would be best for your well-being if you took some time away from the internet, from the constant new cycle, closed your laptop, and went to sleep. AM will be here when you wake up and are feeling a little more relaxed.

There are two separate threats. Trump, and radical islamic ideology.

Just watch any news channel in the U.S. and it's very weird.

At least Americans got to live a relatively normal life ever since the 50s prolly. Crazy things happening currently.

Police brutality is an issue too.

I mean Trump is prolly a good thing to Americans. It's a win-lose game for him. Other countries lose.

If you think about the world overall, for sure Trump is bad. Trump and Putin are friends.

Trump is banning foreign airlines from Morocco to U.S., but American airlines can still operate from Morocco. That's his economic boost plan, by doing illegal subsidies.

I'm so confused. Nick has had some good takes. We need to pause and find out what the hell is going on. It is true that there is a Muslim migrant crisis in Europe. Also true that Trump is pushing TrumpCare to start tomorrow.

I haven't taken drugs since Monday. Just see what's going on in the U.S.

Trump in the Kentucky speech said he wants to deport every single illegal immigrant. He talked to his crowd like they were 3rd graders.

I watched Tucker Carlson's show last week and now I've seen two of his latest episodes and they're DRASTICALLY different.

CNN is having a story about Trump being afraid of stairs cos he touched Theresa May's hand when walking stairs. That's just a weird newsstory.

All of a sudden there's a story about a 17yo and 18yo illegal immigrant freshmen raping a 14yo at a school in Maryland was it. They're blaming it on the school and saying they shouldn't let illegal immigrants study. There's a story about ISIS stabbing five people in London. Story about someone stabbing black people in New York.

Trump is re-tweeting Bill Mitchell that he was right after all.

PlasticRam, I believe you're having a panic attack. Your discourse is shattered and incoherent. Perhaps Trump was mad about something so he created the "wiretap" distraction. Perhaps he was worried that his alleged collusion with Russia would get him impeached. And now all hell is breaking loose for some reason. Distractions.

You think she's not a good person? I don't know, I wrote that during my panic attack that Trump is almost literally Hitler.

Edit: I seriously don't know much about May, so you can educate me whether you think she's good or she's bad.

Now after 11 hours of sleep, hopefully everything is fine.

And the five people on that show were definitely freaking out. That made me freak out too.

Okay, so Trump and Ryan tried to push an absolute crap health care system through, but it apparently it fell through. And it fell through cos of the Republicans in the House. Thank God.

According to that healthcare system the premiums would've gone up from 1,400 to 14,000 in 10 years.

The DOW is down cos the new healthcare bill is not getting through.

The markets want a new healthcare bill, but a lot of people don't.

A lot of people think Obamacare is failing, and in a way they're right that there are less insurance-providers etc.; so it has some flaws. Now just have to be very careful that some new bill doesn't get pushed through that would be bad for the American people. I'm optimistic that there won't be enough votes in the House and Senate.

Be thankful you're not in France right now, suffering through the shittiest presidential campaign I've seen since my birth. Easily.

Though foreign newspapers are paranoid about Le Pen, she has next to no chance to win the election actually.

Yes I hope you're right. Brexit and Trump did go through, but for example Wilders failed in the Netherlands, so yeah I think Macron is okay and prolly is gonna win.

I mean I'm just freaking out cos the last time a lot of right-wing populists got elected in their respective countries, WW2 happened. I can just see all the connections now.

Yeah but we're talking about a 30% lead from her most likely contender in the second round of the election, according to the polls... Besides, general hostility toward the Le Pen family remains higher than 50% in the French population. There's not much need to worry, although I'd lie if I said I was going to bed without concern every night. But her victory is frankly unlikely.
