I should write about this one. It was an instant favorite for me.

I thought the original plan was to do these weekly. This is the third since last Tuesday. I think it would be nice to have a slower pace to have time for everyone to actually discuss the work rather than just give a score.

I wonder how many of us have seen all of the top 100...

I couldn't get into this one. It wasn't "Bad" per se, just not my thing.

Once upon a time, I would have given it a 10/10. Now it's a 8/10. It's truly spectacular and great, but lately, I've come to the realization that Hiroshima mon amour does the truth-or-fiction and the playing-with-time thing much better. I still love Delphine Seyrig's outfits in this movie and the art direction is to kill for. Really, the movie is good, but the last time I watched it, I probably just wasn't in the mood. I think that brought down a few points. Hiroshima mon amour is one of those rare movies that seem to shake the foundations of my feelings and my psyche each time I watch it.

Sorry for that comparison, but hence, because of these comparisons, I feel Last Year at Marienbad suffers a bit.
