P4K really has gone all-in on R&B and hip-hop in recent years. In the Aeroplane Over the Sea once ranked #4 for the entire decade!

I'm not "completely" stunned that Aquemini beat it. It was only 50th of the decade back then, but they made it clear several times since that they consider it to be Outkast's magnum opus. The Miseducation of Lauryl Hill though ? That didn't even make their top 100 of the decade (and it slipped my mind that it got rereviewed about a year and half ago and got a 9.5)
