This list is very wrong, I think. Where's "Black Or White" and "One Sweet Day"?

This list is based specifically on Billboard's Pop Radio Airplay Chart, which was introduced in October 1992, NOT on the Hot 100 Singles Chart (on which "One Sweet Day" was #1 for a record 16 weeks). Since "Black or White" came out in 1991 it isn't eligible for this list; as for "One Sweet Day," it apparently didn't get enough airplay on what was considered Top 40 pop radio at the time to make the same impact that it had on the sales/airplay chart overall. Strange, admittedly, but there you go.

Plus, as with all Billboard all-time charts now, there's different weighting given to different eras, to account for changes in the chart climate.
