Here's a list from a website called Prog Report. It looks like a staff list, but I don't know the general eligibility criteria.

It's probably very similar to the list I'm transcribing here, but a few of the album covers on the book cover aren't featured in this top, so it should present some differences. I don't want to pay for the book, so it will be yours to track down, guys (unless its entry on Google Books updates with a table of contents/index).
