I haven't been able to find any evidence of these being voted on, and I know they aren't the actual lists of the biggest songs of the decade, so I have a feeling they might be eligible.

It may not be the biggest hits, but any list with, for instance, Journey doing that well... makes it questionable. :mrgreen: The band is now in the Rock Hall, but it took a number of years and critics never loved them.
