Does anyone have this? And in spite of the "...and you" on the cover, I don't see any indication that fans chose the selected songs.

After a bit of digging, I finally found it! In chronological order.
1. Going to Pasalacqua
2. Knowledge
3. Burnout
4. Longview
5. Welcome to Paradise
6. Basket Case
7. She
8. When I Come Around
9. Armatage Shanks
10. Geek Stink Breath
11. Panic Song
12. Brain Stew
13. Nice Guys Finish Last
14. Hitchin' a Ride
15. Redundant
16. You Lied
17. Good Riddance (Time of Your Life)
18. Warning
19. Deadbeat Holiday
20. Minority
21. American Idiot
22. Jesus of Suburbia
23. Holiday
24. Boulevard of Broken Dreams
25. Give Me Novacaine
26. She's a Rebel
27. Wake Me Up When September Ends
28. Know Your Enemy
29. Before the Lobotomy
30. 21 Guns

In addition, some readers chose some extra songs, which naturally doesn't count but I thought I'd post for the hell of it:
- Take Back
- Are We the Waiting
- Whatsername
- Amy
- Brutal Love

Two of my favorites, "King for a Day" and "1,000 Hours," are nowhere to be found, but that's understandable since nobody really talks about them. Also, nothing from the Uno/Dos/Tre trilogy on the main list (again, makes sense) and it came out before Revolution Radio, which I think has at least a couple of songs worth adding (the title track, "Bang Bang").
