I don't think this list can be included, as I don't have information about which songs on AM that have been used as TV themes.

Also, I went straight to number one for "Twin Peaks" and was disappointed when it wasn't there. Then slowly scrolled the list and was totally annoyed in the end that it wasn't included at all. Boo!
