The same guys who did the Musikexpress list later moved on to Rolling Stone and did the same thing, but with some key revisions (basically, everything they forgot on the Musikexpress list, with some stuff moved higher). I think both should be counted, like the two versions of that Telegraph 100 Best Songs list. Also, they're co-editors of the German Rolling Stone, so they're legit.
