Yes.

It says "MTV Base, MTV Two and VH1 selected 100 albums each they deemed worthy of the title Greatest Album Ever". This is the VH1 one. Could the MTV Base and MTV Two lists be found as well?

The completed list involved viewer votes, so it's ineligible. There was also a Total Music Factory list as part of the count that was identical to the VH1 list.

On the spreadsheet, I'm giving the #7 spot on the VH1 list to The Queen is Dead, since it just says "Best li" here, and the only Smiths album on any other list or the finished list is The Queen is Dead

I'm going to make a similar call for Portishead and assume that #30 on the VH1 list is Dummy, since (again) that's the only Portishead album that also appears on another list.

Okay for Portishead (weird bug there), not for the Smiths, because:

The doubt exists :?

Pierre, you beat me to it, but here are my thoughts anyway...

"Best II" is actually a well known Smiths compilation. I don't think we can assume that they meant "The Queen Is Dead". There's also a Jeff Buckley compilation on the list.

And Portishead's "Null"? Now that's really weird. I suppose it could mean "Dummy" (in which case the staff certainly didn't include any programmers!) but it could perhaps also refer to their self-titled. As much as I would love to boost Portishead, I'm not sure about making any assumptions in these cases.

Eligibility was never really the problem, it's just confusing as all hell. Thanks for the help, guys! Dock one for The Queen is Dead, and I guess I'll just take off the point for Portishead as well. Bummer.

Bringing this back just cuz I couldn't remember if it was posted in any threads and I don't want the individual MTV station lists to be forgotten about.
