5 years later, let's see how many of these hold up.

Eminem, The Eminem Show (2002)
Scarface, The Fix (2002)
Nas, The Lost Tapes (2002)
50 Cent, Get Rich or Die Tryin' (2003)
The Diplomats, Diplomatic Immunity (2003)
T.I., Trap Muzik (2003)
OutKast, Speakerboxxx/The Love Below (2003)
Jay-Z, The Black Album (2003)
Kanye West, The College Dropout (2004)
Madvillain, Madvillainy (2004)
The Game, The Documentary (2005)
Common, Be (2005)
Young Jeezy, Let's Get It: Thug Motivation 101 (2005)
Lupe Fiasco, Food & Liquor (2006)
Clipse, Hell Hath No Fury (2006)
Sean Price, Jesus Price Supastar (2007)
Kanye West, Graduation (2007)
Lil Wayne, Tha Carter III (2008)
Rick Ross, Teflon Don (2010)
Waka Flocka Flame, Flockaveli (2010)
Kid Cudi, Man on the Moon II: The Legend of Mr. Rager (2010)
Kanye West, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy (2010)
Jay-Z and Kanye West, Watch The Throne (2011)
Drake, Take Care (2011)
Kendrick Lamar, good kid, m.A.A.d city (2012)

I'd argue that some of these have already ascended to classic status (particularly The Black Album, The College Dropout, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, and good kid, m.A.A.d city, and you could probably also make a case for Food & Liquor and Tha Carter III). Some, they might need to make a better case for (Rick Ross is not an all-timer, I'm so sorry).
