Super cool!
I was checking the file and I only want to mention two artist names not well written:
On reggaeton playlist:
Daddyyankee is Daddy Yankee
Voltio feat Tego Caideron is Voltio feat Tego Calderon

I found one more little error: "Pick Up The Pieces One By One" by the J.B.'s is credited to "Above Average White Band" when the name they used for that record is, of course, "Above Average Black Band".

Stefano, do you use some sort of scanning tool to transcribe lists to your excel sheets? I'm asking since it's fairly common with errors that are similar letters but not make sense otherwise. Examples of mix ups are i and l, m and rn, O and D.panam wrote:Super cool!

Yes, of course.
I scanned the book years ago and used a OCR program.
So all the mistakes are scanners fault, not mine!!!!

"Like a Hurricane" by Neil Young is in the Guitar Breaks playlist, but listed as "Hurricane".

I'm really happy now, because I just realized it's pretty much certain that "Always Look on the Bright Side of Life" will be added to AM!

Thanks, stefano- I actually had started transcribing, but have not been able to do much so this is very welcome, indeed.

There's a song by Negativland listed on the spreadsheet as "U2" which is the EP it comes from, but the song (which on already on AM) is "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For".

One of the songs by Yes is "Your Move" which is actually just the name for the first part of "I've Seen All Good People".

ROBERT WYATT - ALIFIEB
Is this "Alife" or "Alifib"? Or is it both?

Also THE WHO - OUNDERTURE
"Overture" or "Underture"? Or both? (a joke?)

Amazon "look inside" shows that it's just "Underture". Stefano's spreadsheet made a typo.Henrik wrote:Also THE WHO - OUNDERTURE

However, it really does say "Alfieb" in the book, but I can't read further than that...

Says "Alfieb" is from Wyatt's Rock Bottom album, which contains the tracks" "Alfie" and "Alfib." The description on Wiki says side 2 of the album starts off with a medley of sorts of those two songs.
In the book, it says: "Interesting how a partnership sustained over a lifetime can enrich the work: good on you, Alfie."

Here's another one: LTJ BUKEM - MUSIC (I NEED YOU)
There's no such song, but there's "Music" and "Atlantis (I Need You)"...

I'm bumping this again now. I won't have time to comment on any more lists for some time, so hopefully this topic will stay on top for a while.Henrik wrote:Henrik wrote:Thanks for the responses!
