Robert Haagsma is a music critic who has also written several books about Dutch music. This year he released a book about what he called the Golden Years of Dutch Pop Music, from 1960 to 1979. This book also contains 3 lists: 33 essential albums, 45 essential singles and "Alle 13 cult" (13 cult singles, that is).

I can't find the singles list online, but my local library has the book, although it on loan. I'll try to get it later.
