Seems to be a 2016 list and not the same as the 1997 version by the same publication. Online you can find the countdown here, here and here. Also on Poplist.

There is an error in your list, Federico: Number 34 isn't Tocotronic's s/t (which was released in 2002), but Digital ist besser from 1995
