"Holiday" and "Like a Prayer" were included in Pitchfork's 500 songs (1977-2006).

As to the number 1 song, I really have no idea. If this was Rolling Stone, I'm sure "Billie Jean" would be #1 but this is Pitchfork, the polar opposite of RS. But it'd be great to have a Joy Division song, either "Atmosphere" or the more well-known "Love Will Tear Us Apart" as No. 1.
