Fact Magazine delights in being willfully obscure with their lists, but I appreciate that. Their 80s and 90s lists have introduced me to a lot of gems, and I'm looking forward to checking out many albums listed here. After being overwhelmed with year-end lists with the same 20 albums over and over, it can be disorienting to find a list like this that is a bit outside the critical consensus, but that's not a bad thing.
