Thoughts:
- Limp Bizkit's "Faith" cover is one of the more unpleasant songs to ever exist.
- In fairness, no matter what I think of the band, I can't help but admire that they'd cover an underrated song like "Black Boys on Mopeds."
- Full disclosure: I actually don't mind the covers of "Smooth Criminal" or "Land of Confusion." Not as good as the originals, but you could do worse.
- Holy shit, they included a Lostprophets song?! Don't they do their research?
- I can't hate the "Relax" cover after having seen Zoolander three times. "I invented the piano key necktie!"

As awful as nu metal is, the Alien Ant Farm cover of "Smooth Criminal" is actually pretty enjoyable. It shouldn't work but it just...does.

Yeah, bizarrely enough. Not as good as the original, but still a lot of fun, and obviously done with great reverence toward MJ.Nick wrote:As awful as nu metal is, the Alien Ant Farm cover of "Smooth Criminal" is actually pretty enjoyable. It shouldn't work but it just...does.

I agree with Nick on Smooth Criminal. I love A Perfect Circle's 'Imagine' too. I didn't know Renegades of Funk was a cover. Haven't heard the rest, but I'm not exactly dying to hear them.

Hmm. Not sure about RATM being classed as Nu Netal. I remember hearing the Orgy cover of Blue Monday years and years ago. It didn't seem to bad at the time not sure what I'd think if I listened to it now. I personally think that was possibly the best thing they released! And yes, I also agree Smooth Criminal is a pretty good cover!

Rolling in the Deep cover is the best cover Ever! (Excluding The Man Who Sold the World), That is how a singer should sing live, It is as good as the original one. Chester Bennington was a gem, Just check it out and enjoy!
