A radio or TV channel is eligible if it is a "main station" of a country (typically a public broadcasting service with a focus on music). The staff team requirement needs to be fulfilled but not the number of reviews.
I think the ”main station” criterion is probably not met (?), but on the other hand they say that the list was compiled with the help of 45 music experts, which is a quite impressive number. What do you think?

I vote yes. But then, if one of the criteria is not fitting, let the rules apply!

a list compiled by many many experts should always be included.
