Any idea if this is eligible?

It looks like it's eligible. It's an online magazine with a full staff of critics contributing to it, if i'm correct. Also, this has nothing to do with it's eligibility, but impressive names such as the Parquet Courts and Jeff Tweedy serve as guest contributers

Seems legit to me? They use plural pronouns throughout and feels like a list drawn from many people.

The albums list is definitely eligible, but I won't include the spotify playlist as a songs list.

why not ? This is a valuable source and and an important list ... albumism's eoy /eod songs are also in a playlist ..we also count videos from needle drop , so i think it doesnt matter the form but the quality of the source, you should think about it!
