So i contacted the author of the list, and he had this to say:

it was compiled by me with the blesssing of the team. Not my personal selection but more a selection that represents the past ten years on NBHAP and some of the tracks we played a lot.

Thank you for your interest, the other parts will arrive in the next weeks.

So yeah, it's a shame it probably can't be included, because even just from the back quarter, I'm already liking this a lot better than the committee-based lists we've seen so far.

Eh, it seems like a grey area to me. "Compiled by me with the blessing of the team" and "not my personal selection" should be enough to get this one by the "no lists by one author rule". I guess we're gonna need Henrik to rule here.
