This songs list is mostly bad but it's exciting to see two songs: "Rainbow" by Kacey Musgraves, even though it's a 2018 song, and "Make Art Not Friends" by Sturgill Simpson, which deserves honestly to be a top 10 song of the year.

Billboard no longer make reviews. I thought that because of this its lists were not eligible anymore?

You forgot to transcribe the number 8, Monte. It's Harmony Hall by Vampire Weekend.

And Billboard is eligible as a music magazine. The number of reviews is important for internet sources.
