EOY lists by single critics usually don't count. Look up the criteria for EOY lists before posting more.

What about Fantano's "Classic Albums"?

I read the criteria... so genre-specific lists are only accepted from magazines with special focus on the genre? Then the New York Times and LA Times jazz lists don't count? That is unfortunate. Sorry about being oblivious to some rules, just trying to help.

No worries! Yes, typically that's the case, at least for year-end lists since there's already so many to sift through with their own criteria (so, for instance, we'll count Billboard's EOY overall song and album lists, but not their genre-specific ones). Album lists are an exception nowadays, but song lists I think are still mostly a no-go unless Henrik says otherwise for whatever reason.

There are exceptions regarding the prominence of the critic and the format the lists are released in.
