Are there any limitations to this, like does it have to be AM top 200 or something like that?

No, I think the point of this is we find any album that a lot of people would like there to be Rank the Tracks of and then we do it.

Well, letmeintomyzone, probably you shouldn't have opened this thread when I previously answered you in another thread that I was going to open a thread about this very same subject "in a couple of days." Moreover, I wonder why are you so interested in suggesting new albums to rank if you still haven't ranked any album of the previous 45 on the game. Anyway I don't want to polemize so I'm going to send you a PM instead.

Anyway since people are already posting their preferences here I'm going to use this thread to receive your suggestions and then make the tabulations.

So let's start again:
I told in the initial thread: "On the two previous editions we ranked 40 albums. My plan is following the same scheme of the first editions until we rank 60 more albums (if there is interest enough by then), a total of 100. Then I'll keep it open for a few months and I'll finally close it." Since it seems there are people interested in ranking albums outside these 100 albums I'm going to use this thread to receive all your suggestions. If an album got more than 4 votes could get in (I used this number because 4 voters has been the lower tournament so far, with two Sinatra albums). I'll include one of these "extra" albums every 10 or 5 of the originally planned albums (depending on the number of extra albums you want to include, I mean the albums obtaining more than 4 votes).

These are the 60 albums we are going to rank following the original plan:
1. Sufjan Stevens' Illinois (2005)
2. PJ Harvey's Let England Shake (2012)
3. Frank Sinatra's Songs for Swingin' Lovers! (1956)
4. The Jimi Hendrix Experience's Are You Experienced? (1967)
5. Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon (1973)
6. Pixies' Doolittle (1989)
7. Portishead's Dummy (1994)
8. LCD Soundsystem's Sound of Silver (2007)
9. Van Morrison's Astral Weeks (1968)
10. Bob Dylan's Blood on the Tracks (1975)
11. Prince and the Revolution's Purple Rain (1984)
12. DJ Shadow's Endtroducing….. (1996)
13. Outkast's Stankonia (2000)
14. Vampire Weekend's Modern Vampires of the City (2013)
15. Little Richard's Here's Little Richard (1957)
16. The Beatles' Abbey Road (1969)
17. Television's Marquee Moon (1977)
18. The Stone Roses' The Stone Roses (1989)
19. U2's Achtung Baby (1991)
20. Jay-Z's The Blueprint (2001)
21. The Jimi Hendrix Experience's Electric Ladyland (1968)
22. Led Zeppelin's Led Zeppelin IV (1971)
23. Guns N' Roses' Appetite for Destruction (1987)
24. Primal Scream's Screamadelica (1991)
25. Amy Winehouse's Back to Black (2006)
26. The War on Drugs' Lost in the Dream (2014)
27. Dave Brubeck Quartet's Time Out (1959)
28. The Doors' The Doors (1967)
29. Ramones' Ramones (1976)
30. Sonic Youth's Daydream Nation (1988)
31. Oasis' (What's the Story) Morning Glory? (1995)
32. Burial's Untrue (2007)
33. The Beatles's Rubber Soul (1965)
34. The Who's Who's Next (1971)
35. R.E.M.'s Murmur (1983)
36. Radiohead's The Bends (1995)
37. Arctic Monkeys' Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not (2006)
38. Arcade Fire's The Suburbs (2010)
39. Ornette Coleman's The Shape of Jazz to Come (1959)
40. The Rolling Stones' Beggars Banquet (1968)
41. The Rolling Stones' Sticky Fingers (1971)
42. Paul Simon's Graceland (1986)
43. Pavement's Slanted and Enchanted (1992)
44. The White Stripes' White Blood Cells (2001)
45. The Rolling Stones' Let It Bleed (1969)
46. Stevie Wonder's Songs in the Key of Life (1976)
47. De La Soul's 3 Feet High and Rising (1989)
48. Eminem's The Marshall Mathers LP (2000)
49. St. Vincent's St. Vincent (2014)
50. The Crickets' The "Chirping" Crickets (1957)
51. James Brown's Live at the Apollo (1963)
52. Stevie Wonder's Innervisions (1973)
53. The Jesus and Mary Chain's Psychocandy (1985)
54. Oasis' Definitely Maybe (1994)
55. Animal Collective's Merryweather Post Pavillion (2009)
56. Love's Forever Changes (1967)
57. Joni Mitchell's Blue (1971)
58. Pixies' Surfer Rosa (1988)
59. Wu-Tang Clan's Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers) (1993)
60. Franz Ferdinand's Franz Ferdinand (2005)

Of course when the update comes some of these albums are going to change. So you can perfectly vote for "To Pimp a Butterfly" or "Blackstar" but probably there's no need because these albums are surely going to be included in the next update on the top positions of the 2010 albums.

So... keep on voting!

This is me being biased because it's my favorite album of all time, but I so want Dusty Springfield's Dusty in Memphis to be done.

Suggesting an alternate methodology:
Wouldn't it be best to simply use this year's AMF poll, going from the highest ranking album that was not among these first 100, and going down from there?

In a couple of weeks we will have 75 albums ranked so maybe it's time to introduce some changes on the following albums looking for (possibly) more participation. Since now two albums have 4 people willing to participate (these were the rules I stated on this thread) I will include them on the next round, replacing the albums of its particular decades. The proposal of Henry to include a Steely Dan album as a tribute to Walter Becker got little following so far. So the next 4 weeks we will have:
74. The Who's Who's Next (1971)
75. R.E.M.'s Murmur (1983)
(closing with that the original plan)

76. A Tribe Called Quest's The Low End Theory (1991) replacing Radiohead's The Bends (1995)
77. Kanye West's The College Dropout (2004) replacing Arctic Monkeys' Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not (2006)
(even if these changes are done to encourage participation I got my doubts about A Tribe Called Quest obtaining more participation than Radiohead but you never know…)

After this I will stop temporarily the game waiting for the main update to include the new incorporations on the first 7 positions of 1950s and 2010s and on the first 13 positions of the 1960s, 1970s, 1980s, 1990s and 2000s.

And after that I could include (as suggested by prosecutorgodot) the albums with a a higher position on our all-time list replacing the original ones that were:
78. Arcade Fire's The Suburbs (2010)
79. Ornette Coleman's The Shape of Jazz to Come (1959)
80. The Rolling Stones' Beggars Banquet (1968)
81. The Rolling Stones' Sticky Fingers (1971)
82. Paul Simon's Graceland (1986)
83. Pavement's Slanted and Enchanted (1992)
84. The White Stripes' White Blood Cells (2001)
85. The Rolling Stones' Let It Bleed (1969)
86. Stevie Wonder's Songs in the Key of Life (1976)
87. De La Soul's 3 Feet High and Rising (1989)
88. Eminem's The Marshal Mathers LP (2000)
89. St. Vincent's St. Vincent (2014)
90. The Crickets' The "Chirping" Crickets (1957)
91. James Brown's Live at the Apollo (1963)
92. Stevie Wonder's Innervisions (1973)
93. The Jesus and Mary Chain's Psychocandy (1985)
94. Oasis' Definitely Maybe (1994)
95. Animal Collective's Merryeweather Post Pavillion (2009)
96. Love's Forever Changes (1967)
97. Joni Mitchell's Blue (1971)
98. Pixies' Surfer Rosa (1988)
99. Wu-Tang Clan's Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers) (1993)
100. Franz Ferdinand's Franz Ferdinand (2005)
