Is anyone still interested in this?

"The basic idea is to rank the tracks off the album each week to see how each track compares to each other. It's an excuse to go back to classic albums and a way to gauge the best and worst tracks of the most acclaimed albums. Simply rank all the tracks from your favorite to your least.

I plan to go in cycles of decades with the 1950s and 2010s once every other cycle. I will go with the top album of each respective decade, but I might skip questionable albums (I doubt anyone wants to rank the tracks of 69 Love Songs, no matter how great the album is). Next week will be The Strokes' Is This It.

However, since I am not able to tally the score of past albums, you should not rank any previous albums."

Sorry for not voting for "When It Started," I listened to it today for the first time and I would hate to put it last on my list only because of my lack of familiarity.
I suppose that I'm not the only one looking forward to BleuPanda returning to host this interesting game. BleuPanda, if you need some help with the recount I could do it. Send me your mail-address (to hbarranco@telefonica.net) and I'll send you the Excel file with the results for "Thriller." whuntva counted already the votes for "Blue Lines". I know you're busy right now but you'll only need to copy and paste the results on the Rank the Tracks main thread.
By the way, the participation on the "Blue Lines" thread was disappointingly low, only 5 voters while 22 people voted on the "Thriller" thread. I suppose whuntva won't mind if someone want to vote for "Blue Lines" in this thread too.

That's a very even album so ranking is not easy.

An album that I always enjoy more than I remember. As others have said, it's very consistent throughout, although the top two standout to me.

While I think that "NYC Cops" is a better song than "When It Started," it sounds badly out of place on the album and prefer the US CD version (it's still on the vinyl) where it is excluded in favor of "When It Started." A bit too aggressive sounding compared to the others, I suppose.

I have never got the love for this album.

Catchy, poppy, danceable record. It's all about the grooves~~ *cowabunga dude*
I can see how someone could say all these songs sound the same, though. But for me, I hear quality throughout the record (save for maybe "Trying Your Luck"), and that's what counts (even if it's a constant level of quality)
