Post by ramusicc »

I am gathering info on what people like the most in a song and i would love to hear from people with good music taste. I would be pleasured to hear from your music sense by helping me fill this form-

The book Let’s Talk About Love is also a brilliant analysis of taste in music and how the idea of having “good taste” has changed over the years.

Fred - Have you read this whole book? Is it pretty tedious or a solid read? Looks interesting but wondering if it's "dumbed down" enough to keep me in it.

There is an ENORMOUS amount of "bleak semi metal" music that I think is what "normal" people listen to realizing their musical potential. We are not normal here on AM. Joni Mitchell was a wanker and the Beatles have nothing on Judas Priest. There is a new generation taking over. Different taste!
How does this relate to my comment though?

Agree taste is shifting towards new areas.
