This will not be eligible if both of her previous nominations make it through. If this is the case, your nomination will not count and you can re-nominate in future when she no longer has two songs already on the chart.

This was nominated last year by Rdwdbob and made the chart then. it will only be eligible now if someone else seconds it.

Thank you TheLastEnemy for your information. I didn't know if both of them are ineligible on this chart. But it's OK, what if:
Tami Namira - Hey You
The Scotts - The Scotts

I though, the title of the former is a photocopy of the song of the same name by the Canadian Rock band, Bachman-Turner Overdrive.

How you compare, listen and watch to both of them:
Bachman-Turner Overdrive
Tami Namira
Meanwhile, the title of the latter is the self-titled song, sometimes credited to Kid Cudi, Travis Scott, and The Scotts (their band that consists of only two members), but sometimes credited to The Scotts only.

Thank you spiritualized for your information. I think I only know Bachman-Turner Overdrive and Tami Andira however "Hey You" was recorded by other artists like Jonas Brothers, Pink Floyd, The Scorpions, etc. Like "Without You", "Without You" has been recorded by various artists:
Air Supply (a cover of the Badfinger song)
Asia (best known for their song, "Heat of the Moment")
Bic Runga (best known for her song, "Sway")
Breaking Benjamin (best known for their song, "The Diary of Jane")
Bruce Springsteen
Cashmere Cat
Cliff Richard
Crispian St. Peters (best known for his song, "The Pied Piper")
David Guetta (featuring Usher)
Debbie Gibson
Default (best known for their songs, "Deny" and "Wasting My Time")
Eddie Vedder (of the Pearl Jam fame)
Fleetwood Mac (recorded "Without You" twice, one was written by Danny Kirwan and one again was written by Stevie Nicks)
For King & Country (best known for their song, "Fix My Eyes")
Giant (best known for their songs, "i'll see you in my dreams" and "I'm A Believer")
John Newman
Keke Wyatt (best known for her song, "Nothing in This World")
Lana Del Rey
Lenny Kravitz
Manfred Mann
Morris Albert
Motley Crue
Paul Revere & The Raiders
Rachel Platten
The Doobie Brothers
The Marshall Tucker Band
Three Days Grace
Van Halen
Westlife

etc.

Sorry if this sounds harsh but I really don't see what any of this has to do with the chart or nominating new music. Perhaps a discussion on songs that share a name could take place elsewhere?

Not to mention the fact - who cares that some songs have the same name? (there are a bazillion 'Bobs' in the world :P ) I'd be more interested in a conversation about the best versions of the SAME song by multiple artists, but as TheLastEnemy suggests it should be somewhere else.

Glad to hear you're ok. I am looking forward to a day off as you say (last Friday I wasn't on until 8pm so that almost counted). I do a pub quiz on a Monday night too, so nine shows a week at the moment, plus a few extra bits for VE Day.

If you PM me your email address, I'll send you all the Music Marathon shows when I've finished if you like
