So I looked it up (which wasn‘t that easy, because RYM, Allmusic, Discogs and Wikipedia have no record of this other gong). Ultimately I found out, that gong is a hip hop artist (I think Korean, though I‘m not sure).

I had the same thing when a song by T. Rex appeared in my Release Radar. Although I wouldn't count out the possibility that Marc Bolan reincarnated as a German rapper, I still suspect it is another T. Rex that somehow got his Spotify page merged with the glam rock legend.

Just didn't like some of their acclaimed albums.

What does a 1/10 mean to you? Because to me that would be "I hate this, actively unpleasant, would never listen again and I find absolutely no merit to this existing at all" maybe even to the point of struggling to finish.

Which is definitely not something I'd say about most music, especially not to the level of almost having the same number of 10/10 and 1/10 albums, both of which are the rarest scores I give out.

Neptunian Maximalism - Éons 8.5 I can understand any reservations about this album but I don't share them- the execution matches the ambition for me, I just know its length won't make it easy for its individual tracks to imprint themselves on my brain (it ranks between Dark Matter and The Archer anyway)
