Hall of Acclaim tie-breakers (end of Jan. 22 UTC deadline)
For the 4th Performer spot, and for the Backstage Wing spot, we are going to have tie-breaker votes. I will supply the last vote, if necessary.
To reiterate my Backstage Wing spiel, long gone are the days when we could simply have a vacancy that didn't really matter, as we'd sometimes go right into "next year's" voting just a week later. A real-life 2-year vacancy between winners is too long (and it's possible that we just bonk heads yet again the following year). There has to be a winner!
Vote for one of the following Performers:
Manic Street Preachers
St. Vincent
Vote for one of the following Backstage Wing candidates:
Gerry Goffin & Carole King
Giorgio Moroder
Todd Rundgren

=====================================================
Giorgio Moroder
Dubbed the "Father of Disco", Moroder is credited with pioneering Italo disco and electronic dance music, and his work with synthesizers heavily influenced several music genres such as new wave, house and techno music.
Typically co-produced and sometimes co-wrote singles for Donna Summer during the mid-to-late 1970s disco era, including "Love to Love You Baby," "I Feel Love," "Last Dance," "MacArthur Park," "Hot Stuff," "Bad Girls," "Dim All the Lights," "No More Tears (Enough Is Enough)," and "On the Radio." Also co-produced most of Summer's '70s albums.
Has worked with several of the biggest names in music, including: Barbra Streisand, Elton John, Cher, Roger Daltrey, Janet Jackson, Freddy Mercury, David Bowie, Chaka Khan, Cheap Trick, and Pat Benatar. Other hit singles include Kenny Loggins’ “Danger Zone” (producer/co-writer), David Bowie’s "Cat People (Putting Out Fire)" (composer/producer), Blondie’s “Call Me” (producer/co-writer), Irene Cara’s “Flashdance,” (composer/producer), and Berlin's “Take My Breath Away” (producer/co-writer).

Main act:
St. Vincent
Although it wasn't more known than the former, it was pretty acclaimed.
Backstage wing:
Todd Rundgren
Todd is also known for his song, "I saw the light". He was more acclaimed than the other 2 backstage wings because of two works, not only singing but also producing albums by many rising star acts.

Manic Street Preachers
(as I had the Manics at no.4 in my nomination list, and St. Vincent at no.5!)
Bit of a toss up between Goffin & King and Moroder, but I'll go for Goffin & King.
