I just sold a copy of a CD of "Dark Side of The Moon." It's one of those "Master Recording" things. I got $45 for it. I stuck it in to my computer before I packed it up, to hear if I noticed any difference in the sound. I love "Money," the bass riff reminds me very much of "Green Onions." But I totally dislike all the other songs on the album. Anyway, what you guys will not believe, is that 47 years later, on one of the most popular albums ever, that came out while I was in high school, this was the first time that I EVER heard the album version of "Money."
All these years I've only heard the single version, which is about 4 minutes long. The LP version is over 6 minutes. You would think that of the hundreds of times that I heard the song on the radio over the years that they would have sometimes played the LP version. Hard to believe.
