I have no idea why this album is so valuable. Anybody know why?

Just guessing, but it looks like the vinyl issue is from the '90s, and so maybe DMB fans slept on it at the time, and then when retail vinyl became more popular, fans thought they could just snap this up on vinyl, outpacing meager supply.
