Yes it’s a slight difference from the new chart.
It seems to be working for the Fountains of Wayne and a dip in votes could kick a song out unfairly.
It’s also a bit lazy from me as I don’t want to be going through hundreds of songs to see if if had been already nominated....
However, I think that I should put a limit of one repechage per song to avoid abuse of the rule.

I've waited a long time to repechage this, but I'd like to re-nominate Heartbeat by Annie.

It got the number 1 slot and then was out in it's third week. If there's not enough nominations, it'd be good to see if it can go the distance
