Bonjour à tous et toutes, bonne année à tous les forumers !

This is as exciting as it could be - new year, new tunes, away with 2016, here is the Forum Chart for 2017.
Thank you very much for all your votes last week, I think we may have broken a record under my tenure. They created a few shakes in the chart - here they are :

A return to form from ATCQ's Conrad Tokyo, a track which has had the privilege of being at the top in its 7 weeks. Maybe a final swan song for the first Hall of Fame entry next week ?
Frank Ocean and Childish Gambino's second nominations fare much better this week than their elders. Excellent showing for these two new entries, surely two future toppers.

A chunk of old faves have exited the chart, leaving room to newbies. Good stuff.

I know when the cast recording 1st came out the 3 new Bowie tracks were listed but greyed out and not available and I hadn't looked since as found them elsewhere. May have been a timing issue & only available after you looked.

Anyway I nominate:

Julien Baker “Funeral Pyre"

Really finding it hard to nominate this band, as I can't find a song which really stands out in their EXCELLENT album "Highmare". A bit of QOTSA, a bit of King Gizzard, the songs usually build up intensely. The "single" track was released in June last year, but the album in August. So, if I have to pick one : I nominate The Dead Pirates - Alexis
