AMF Chart Week 50
Good Day to all of you and welcome to a new version of the most famous chart on the Internet.
This week is quite exceptional as the low turnout and the low number of nominations (festive period anyone ?) mean that either the chart had too many songs (23) or not enough (16)
As most of the ties were for new songs nominated last week, I haved elected to have MORE songs, but the poll system won't allow more than 20 The last 3 nominations therefore don't make it - so sorry about that
This week, Leonard Cohen regains the first place, temporary lost to ATCQ's Space Program.
Two favorites make it to the Hall of Fame :
Angel Olsen's "Sister" and Solange's "Cranes in the Sky"
The Chart
Hall Of Fame
Happy Listening !

Nominating The Bats - No Trace - a new album due in 2017, quite excited, they represented the best of Kiwi Indie Pop in their heyday...

I'll second that!spiritualized wrote:Nominating The Bats - No Trace - a new album due in 2017, quite excited, they represented the best of Kiwi Indie Pop in their heyday...

Re: AMF Chart Week 50
Hey guys, don't forget to vote and nominate.
There is no Mcch now until 2017, so plenty of nominations spots available (and probably a fair amount of Hall of Famers next week)
Here are two more nominations from me :
Agnes Obel - Stretch Your Eyes - for once an ethereal female indie singer with an edge. The guitar (I think, maybe plucked strings ?) is amazing from 1:30.
Pixies - Talent
One of their better tracks from their latest release. Surprised this didn't make it on the chart yet, maybe it just happened in the lull of the chart...Not far from their peak on this particular track.
