Congratulations to Mbongwana Star's "Suzanna" and Deafheaven's "Brought to the Water" for both making our Hall of Fame. Two very unconventional choices, if I do say so myself, but two brilliant songs nonetheless. Also notable is the large number of votes last week - over a hundred! - for the rest time since the beginning of the year, at least. Many thanks to all of the familiar faces for returning to our competition, even if it does make the nomination pool become much more selective. Due to Mbongwana Star and Deafheaven's automatic retirement from the chart, as well as the three-way tie for 12th, the top 12 songs otherwise went through to this week's chart.
