In AM, at this moment, we have 2 same lists
Jimmy Guterman (USA) - The 100 Best Rock and Roll Records of All Time (1992) which is an order one
Jimmy Guterman (USA) - The Best Rock and Roll Records (online version) which is an non order one.
Some albums are on the 2 lists but have only one entry in AM (order or non order).
Ex: The Blasters Hard Line N°91 and Rod Stewart Every Picture Tells a Story Non order (However this album is N°1 on ordered version)

is this 2 separate lists or do you make a mix between the 2 lists, cos we only find the non ordre one in critics list.
It makes confusion...

Al in all, it's an updated list, please post errors on thread concerning this list.

Sure thing. It's in the edition I have (2014). There are also new songs in the 2016 list. Mind sending me the link to the thread?

Oh, it's not every year. I guess it was actually 2015. Does your spreadsheet have FourFiveSeconds? In the version I saw, that was the most recent song.

Has The Who's "Go to the Mirror Boy" shown up on any other list since the Songs That Shaped Rock and Roll? Cuz unless that one list is rated highly, I don't know how a song that's only made one list appearance is on AM.

It might have been on another list that has been deleted for some reason and I have never removed any songs. Anyway, it's just bubbling under the current top 6 000.

The Datsuns should be listed as a New Zealand band not an Australian band. They were formed in (and are from) Cambridge New Zealand.

I don't know if a canadian could confirm that?, but i'm almost sure of that.

So it appears also on the list at N°96 on Chartattack (Canada) - The 100 Best Canadian Singles of All Time (1996)

I believe you're right - I'm not a Canadian, but since the song has several mentions of the "good old hockey game" but its proper name is The Hockey Song, they're the same thing.

I can't believe I've never caught this before - somehow, an extra word has been added to the title of Karen Dalton's album. The correct title is It's So Hard to Tell Who's Going to Love You the Best (not "It's So Hard to Tell You Who's...").

In Henrik's defense, there would be almost no way to know this unless you a) were around and in one of the countries where "Mary's Prayer" was the band's one hit or b) were familiar with the Frank Sinatra movie Meet Danny Wilson, from which they got the name. I looked them up just now and learned that, hilariously, the band's original name was "Spencer Tracy" - they changed it, hurriedly, when the legendary actor's estate objected.

At least Henrik doesn't have the artist responsible for "Flagpole Sitta" listed as "Danger, Harvey."

"Neither One of Us" by Knight and the Pips should be 1972.
"I Wish It Would Rain" by Temptations should be 1967.

Both RYM and Wikipedia agree on these dates.
