The top 10 songs went on to this week's chart. I don't recall the last time we had no new songs progress through the chart, if ever. We probably did at some point, 38 is a lot of charts. Wow, we're nearly middle-aged. Go figure. In other news, Sharon Van Etten's "Our Love" is the first song to top the chart (in vote count) for three consecutive weeks. Seems like we have a future Hall of Famer on our hands, ladies and gentlemen.

Here is your 2014 AMF Chart playlist of all songs on the chart so far:

Thank you all for voting and nominating continuously every week! Please don't be afraid to supply us with nominations - all songs six months old and younger (or who have received promotion via album/video/single in the last six months) are accepted! And seconding nominations by others' gives those songs a better chance at making the next poll!

As per usual, the next poll will be created as close to Sunday at 19:00 GMT as I can make it. Best of voting! :D

Maybe the third time will be the charm for my Karen O nominations - it's just that Crush Songs has me completely floored. Easily my top 5, quite possibly my AOTY.

I'd like to nominate "Ooo" by Karen O

Have you seen Spike Jonze's "music video" for her?
Although I'm not the biggest fan of the album, there's something magically special about the simplicity of that video. Jonze has a way of capturing light that's absolutely splendid.

My weekly reminder to get in your votes, nominations, and seconding of nominations before the new poll is created. Tomorrow's poll will unfortunately be a bit delayed due to my work - I'll get to it as soon as I am available! :)

Seconding tombeet's nomination for Father John Misty - "Bored in the USA." My other nominations:
Jessica Pratt - "Back, Baby"
The Hanged Man - "The Island"
