Random Rules December - Submissions

Post by Brad »

Whoa-ho!
It's that time again brothers and sisters... December's first Monday...

It's time for Random Rules!

All you need to do is submit your list of 10 random songs - the next ten that come up via the random generator on your entire music library. We'll pull them all together then start the next part in a couple days (48 hours or 10 lists, whichever comes last), then start the elimination process to create the Random Rules Jukebox for December.

Exciting, right?

Alley-oop... start posting!

We have not - though this is the first year of Jukeboxes. While I'm not personally interested in running a Christmas Jukebox, I'd be happy to submit a list if someone else ran it!

What I'm doing for December in the 1950s Newsgroup is asking everybody to submit 2 Christmas or holiday songs among their 10 songs for their list. They can load all of their Christmas music and hit "shuffle" and take the first two songs that qualify (they must be from between 1946 and 1953). Then they fill in the other 8 songs as usual.

Then the particpants will decide which, if any, Christmas songs get into the jukebox.

But Bruce, why play with christmas songs? Why not just a normal game?
