Does Village Voice poll pretty much poll every music critic in America? Seems that way by the sheer number of voters. Is this why Pazz & Jop's final tally sways a bit towards the mainstream relative to AM's year-end tally?

At what point was it the top 100 that was added? Because I recall it being just the top 50 in the past.
