I'm the only person to have voted for Wild is the Wind so far?? You pathetic people!! What a fantastic ending to that album it is though - it really does show that Bowie can seriously sing.

I agree that "Wild Is the Wind" features one of Bowie's best vocal performances, and I almost voted for it but, since Nina Simone had already recorded the song in a similar style, it's not an absolute favorite for me.
