The suggestion list is mostly Rock and Roll Hall of Fame performers (generally with an Acclaimed Music artist rank in the top 1,000), and AM Top Artists from the all-time top 200 or the top 10 of each decade from the 1950s-onward (though it's pre-2020 update), the top finalists from the AMF All Time...

The song stats are fun, and indicative to some extent, but we can also be dealing with issues of course like, "Well, I wouldn't have ever put this and that among Springsteen's best, and now those songs are going to end up rated somewhat low."

I'm not sure why it's not viewed as one of his top tier songs especially given it's on one of his most popular albums.
