I've not going to submit an official list, but it's great to see one of my all time favorites, Porcupine Tree's Fear of a Blank Planet, make a few lists. My other favorites from 2007 include Oracular Spectacular and The Dear Hunter's Act II: The Meaning of, and All Things Regarding Ms. Leading.

Other than A Deeper Understanding, I haven't heard any albums this year that have really wowed me, but I think some of you might enjoy Ulver's (a Norwegian band) The Assassination of Julius Caesar. It's a synthpop album, but with an intriguing dark mood that permeates the entire album.
