Am I the only one who despises the entirety of the heavy metal genre  Have you at least tried a Black Sabbath or Iron Maiden album or two? That's what did it for me. I get that the whole umbrella genre is strangely one-dimensional lyrically, which i can see being really off-putting to outs...

Kero Kero Bonito and Death Grips are the best bands of the decade. They both have untouchable, flawless discographies. Death Grips has also had one of the strangest marketing strategies ever seen, by outright pissing on their fans, over and over.

I really like this list. It covers the bases of a lot of the pop music of this decade. Maybe it leans too heavily on pop for a general list, but I'm happy.

Not voting, because I heard Mitski's album for the first time only once a couple days ago, and haven't heard Art Angels in years. But commenting on Art Angels: First, it has bothered me that the cover art is so fascinating but the music is rather safe. The cover art seems more appropriate for some d...

For this final group, I had heard most of the songs before. Another week where I didn't have any major problems with the songs; however, the songs are more okay than actually good. To me, a couple songs here are proof that there is no difference between mainstream and indie music now. Like last week...

English is becoming the dominant language in the world, which was not the case 100 years ago.
