"Jane Says" is from Jane's Addiction's self-titled debut (a live album) from 1987. :| It was re-recorded for their studio album Nothing's Shocking, from 1988, which is when it's listed here. People are voting for it in the '88 poll (though I don't think anyone voted for it for '87).

Metacritic has a database of all the video games from the 21st century, and a few from before then.
