Isn't Wipe Out in 1963? RYM says so. Wikipedia says January 1963. Whitburn says 1963. I know it did not become a hit until the summer when it got reissued, but Whitburn has the original release in 1963. I was curious about your sourcing because that's a big song for me in 1963.

I am happy Warwick got nominated. I think she is the most glaring omission from performers who peaked in the 1960s. I'd go with Cubby Checker or Martha & the Vandellas or maybe even the Monkees on that one. Vandellas are in. I might stand corrected on the Monkees. I would induct them for sure. ...

Discogs and RYM both indicate that "Statesboro Blues," although recorded in 1928, was released in 1929.

"Dueling Banjos" should be 1972. Wikipedia says song was released in December 1972. It entered Billboard Hot 100 in early January, which strongly suggests a late 1972 release. RYM says 1973, but the picture of the 45 that goes along with the entry says 1972.

Re: Errors in the 2017 update

"I Can't Turn You Loose" was released at the end of 1965. I remember that Bruce corrected me on this years back as "Loose" was in my top ten for 1966. RYM has it in 1966. But Wikipedia and the Volt release date has it in 1965.

Re: Errors in the 2017 update

"All Summer Long" by the Beach Boys should be listed in 1964, when the album was released (in July).
