A prime example of the indietronic pop that was all that rage during the late 2000s (see also: LCD Soundsystem, MGMT, Hot Chip, Phoenix, etc.). The chorus is very catchy and the melody is bittersweet, like 80% blissed out contentment, 20% pain.

I'm only really familiar with his performance in Downfall, which is incredible, and really should be remembered more for its ability to portray one of the most heinous men in history in a multi-faceted light and less for giving birth to an (admittedly funny) internet meme.

I’m only really familiar with seasons 1-4, but the first 3 seasons basically defined my childhood and are generally considered the best of the show (by a long shot), so I feel as if I have enough knowledge to join in. I can probably make a top 20 episodes.

“I Like It” only has 58% of the acclaim that “This Is America” does, meaning Gambino’s song might just be one of the most dominant SOTYs in recent memory. A top 200 placement looks inevitable, and even as someone who really likes the song, that frankly seems ridiculous.

The appeal of that Low album is more or less lost on me. If you enjoy it, all the more power to you, but to me it just sounded decent, it felt overly long and all that distortion made the songs sound overly samey.
